Acre Lifts would like to say goodbye to two long standing members of staff firstly Mrs. Patricia Rowe.

Pat, as she was known to us all, started working for Acre Lifts in 1999 in the administrative department and was very popular with not only all the office staff but engineers as well.

In 2009 she was rewarded for her ten years of service when she was presented with a gold watch. We all wish Pat well in her retirement.

We also say fair well to Joeseph Brehme also retired earlier this year.

Joe started in the trade in 1967 at the tender age of 21 is leaving us due to retirement.

Joe will be sorely missed by all those in the construction department.  No one who has been through an apprenticeship under Joe will forget some of the old school tutoring in the art of going to fetch the ‘Sky hook’ or ‘left handed screwdriver’.

And finally to Miss Francesca Turner who joined us in 2007 as a Construction Co-ordinator.

During her 4 years with Acre Lifts Ltd she progressed massively, taking on many tasks and roles within the company whilst also providing support to managers and directors alike.

She has sadly had to leave to pursue a lifelong dream, and although she will be missed, we wish her all the best in the future.
