We are currently the incumbent lift maintenance company for TFL facilities Department, looking after sites such as Windsor House, 55 Broadway, Ashfield House, Baker Street Complex, Victoria Station House & Buckingham Palace Road. The works undertaken have ranged between Maintenance, Small Repairs, Refurbishments and Lift Installations. We have been the service provider for eight years, successfully re-tendering in 2005, with just being awarded a two years extension until 2010.
