We have invested in a state of the art IT system, which has sufficient spare capacity to support any future growth of up to 70% in our company’s activities, along with our industry recognised and respected software programme – Lift Data. This enables us to stay up-to-date with every aspect of our activities on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
This system is fully integrated in all areas of our business whether this be, Service, Emergency Call Outs/Repairs, Modernisation or New Lift installations. The software system assists us in focusing on key customer critical issues such as:
- Response times to emergency lift breakdowns;
- Return-to-service periods;
- Incident of repeat breakdowns in relation to the age and condition of lift equipment installed at site.
Lift Data also helps us to identify trends that highlight potential remedial repairs or upgrade works in a timely fashion. All of this allows us to work closely with our customers to determine a planning programme suited to their needs and the needs of their customers, in relation to the lift/s installed at each individual building, which in turn help us to provide a full value for money service to them.
All of our service vehicles have SatNav and are tracked so as to ensure that we can respond not only in a timely manner but also the most efficient manner.
