We have a full procedure manual for all areas of our business which has been formulated by our Quality Consultants (Statius), this manual is measured against our work processes and Methods, and independently audited against & in relation to ISO 9001:2000, by BVQI.
We are well versed in Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan in accordance with CDM regulations 2007
We also send out regular “Customer Feedback Reports” to our client to gauge how well we are doing, the feedback report is compiled, which we then produce a quarterly feedback report to our work force, enabling them to see at first hand where our success & failings are and where we can improve.
