We provided dedicated teams to all these sites to undertake the contracts. Before work started we met with the Strategic Partnering Team Members to learn everything we could about the history of these sites and the priorities and concerns of our partners. Thereby ensuring we made appropriate recommendations and plans. We also talked to the existing Lift Service providers to help make the transitions from them to us as smooth as possible. We have done a wide range of work with the clients listed above including maintenance, small repairs, refurbishments and lift installations. Our relationships with them have lasted so far between eight and ten years, and the fact that we have successfully re-tendered for each of them demonstrates the high levels of service we provide. During these projects we have been extensively involved with Support Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Contracts Managers, Health & Safety Managers, Building Services Managers, Project Managers, Council Lift Inspectors, Caretakers & Security.  And if possible, we always recruit any additional labour or resources from the areas where the lifts are installed. The processes mentioned above have proved very successful and we believe that clear, concise communication, getting things “Right First Time”, and re-using components as much as possible to reduce costs are all reasons why our clients enjoy working with us.
